RIVERTOWN WELCOME CENTER

Mattamy Homes re-launched the massive RiverTown Planned Development in February of 2017 and has been selling like crazy ever since. The exquisite Welcome Center is where buyers become neighbors, or at least take that first step. As a buyer myself, I was overwhelmed by the design of the center itself, and the many choices that are offered, all represented by the model homes, dozens of floor plans, interactive maps, and sample boards housed in this state-of-the-art building.

I started my RiverTown Experience with a tour of the Welcome Center where I viewed the Master Plan and the various floor plans available within each neighborhood. Then I spent the afternoon visiting the model homes and several homes under construction to actually get a feel for the space offered by my favorite floor plans.
